I have a 2004 ES330 later than a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but next I go with reference to turns upon onto highway ramps, behind I hurt the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon past the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights point of view on? Is the battery fully charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively further battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried hence far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for connections in the intake. subsequently I put my Turbo OBDII app on, anything seems good except that the TPS stays constant on the subject of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model in view of that it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I recognize the TPS is integrated taking into consideration the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you want the mechanic to know in the past I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a tiny more very nearly the pain history. It currently has a master tech credited idle ventilate direct valve and tps installed. without touching anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would control in the car without this symptom.
This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF united it is only measuring the freshen that is getting when the MAF, thus if the intake manifold is sucking in let breathe the freshen to fuel ratio will be totally out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. considering carb cleaner spray vaporizer in the place of the hissing afterward the engine processing and when you hear the engine stall or rev higher there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket on the manifold.
