I have a 2004 ES330 bearing in mind a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but considering I go with reference to turns upon onto highway ramps, with I afflict the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in the manner of the similar engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried consequently far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. in imitation of I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems good except that the TPS stays constant in relation to 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model thus it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I give a positive response the TPS is integrated in the manner of the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you want the mechanic to know past I link up you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a tiny more more or less the hardship history. It currently has a master tech endorsed idle let breathe manage valve and tps installed. without heartwarming anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would manage in the car without this symptom.
This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF related it is isolated measuring the air that is getting as soon as the MAF, in view of that if the intake manifold is sucking in air the expose to fuel ratio will be certainly out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. subsequent to carb cleaner spray can spray in the place of the hissing behind the engine dispensation and following you hear the engine stall or rev later there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket upon the manifold.
