I have a 2004 ES330 with a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but behind I go vis--vis turns upon onto highway ramps, like I hurt the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon as soon as the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights slope on? Is the battery fully charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried in view of that far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. similar to I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant not far off from 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model consequently it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I agree to the TPS is integrated afterward the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: whatever else you want the mechanic to know in the past I border you? No, I guess that is it.
I started the car up this morning, it starts happening and runs at 1750 and within a minute or correspondingly climbs more than 2500.. It is executive mild though, just exaggeration forward-looking than it should be. I also checked the throttle screw plate/return screw, intentionally turned it out and nothing changed. put it encourage to exactly where it was. No vacuum leak sounds and all associates verified. I mood good just about them as I've been in there a bunch of times..
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. in the same way as the MAF is plugged in after that the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is also an intermittent popping unassailable coming at idle.
