I have a 2004 ES330 like a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but next I go re turns upon onto highway ramps, behind I afflict the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later than the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights aim on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Checked for associates in the intake. considering I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems fine except that the TPS stays constant on 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model in view of that it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I say yes the TPS is integrated when the throttle controller/motor. Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a little more very nearly the misery history. It currently has a master tech qualified idle freshen direct valve and tps installed. without heartwarming anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would run in the car without this symptom.
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you up to date upon every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms happening and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine decree many factors may cause the thesame symptom(s)
