I have a 2004 ES330 following a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but afterward I go approximately turns on onto highway ramps, subsequent to I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon behind the similar engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights position on? Is the battery fully charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively additional battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. subsequent to I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant more or less 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model hence it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I resign yourself to the TPS is integrated similar to the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you want the mechanic to know past I affix you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a tiny more nearly the pain history. It currently has a master tech ascribed idle freshen rule valve and tps installed. without upsetting anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would rule in the car without this symptom.
Hello the TPS does have an effect upon switching the car into idle mode suitably I'd suggest to make sure the throttle plate is 100% closed and not slightly high and dry once carbon. and then get used to the TPS in view of that that the IDL pin is continuous to the E2 stick bearing in mind the throttle is closed, and entre circuit similar to the throttle is just cracked. Don't badly affect nearly any voltages, the IDL entre is the really important one.
