Check the hose clips for tightness and examine the trunking for any cracks or splits and with every the vacuum system, the little bore pipes and fittings for cracks and missing parts. The best artifice to find a leak is to have the engine government and warm and then spray can lighter gas /propane or brake cleaner vis--vis each joint in turn. If the engine rev s up you ve found your leak.
I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this problem has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or so it seems. I've been dealing considering this back July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 mature more.My daddy owns an sc400 and its been essentially fine to him.. This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF related it is and no-one else measuring the air that is getting bearing in mind the MAF, suitably if the intake manifold is sucking in air the freshen to fuel ratio will be enormously out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. when carb cleaner spray can spray can in the place of the hissing gone the engine handing out and similar to you listen the engine stall or rev highly developed there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket on the manifold.
