I have a 2004 ES330 subsequently a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but in imitation of I go all but turns on onto highway ramps, in the manner of I afflict the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon following the thesame engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights viewpoint on? Is the battery fully charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried for that reason far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for connections in the intake. taking into account I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant roughly speaking 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model fittingly it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I acknowledge the TPS is integrated subsequent to the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you want the mechanic to know past I be next to you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the air flow meter and said it was good. past I unplug it and control the motor, the car runs brusque and at 850ish. I can forlorn guess that my new rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much run in the every other of rpm though? I think it isolated adjusts it on 1k..
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. as soon as the MAF is plugged in after that the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is also an intermittent popping sealed coming at idle.
