I have a 2004 ES330 with a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but next I go in the region of turns upon onto highway ramps, in imitation of I afflict the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds since reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Checked for contacts in the intake. once I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems fine except that the TPS stays constant on the order of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I bow to the TPS is integrated in the manner of the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you desire the mechanic to know before I attach you? No, I guess that is it.
I bought it in July, drove it house from LA (to Utah), and the problems started tersely after I got it home.Any further help you can manage to pay for is appreciated. I don't know what else to complete but acknowledge it back up to the dealer. I know I've got the shop foreman in action on it at the dealer, but I still mood its pushed to the support as its outdated and everyone loses in this situation.
