I have a 2004 ES330 next a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but following I go with reference to turns on onto highway ramps, like I depress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights twist on? I started the car taking place this morning, it starts going on and runs at 1750 and within a minute or for that reason climbs over 2500.. It is processing serene though, just pretension vanguard than it should be. I also checked the throttle screw plate/return screw, carefully turned it out and nothing changed. put it help to exactly where it was. No vacuum leak sounds and all friends verified. have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you taking place to date on every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms up and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine comport yourself many factors may cause the similar symptom(s)
