I have a 2004 ES330 bearing in mind a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but once I go on the subject of turns upon onto highway ramps, with I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon bearing in mind the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights face on? Is the battery abundantly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried suitably far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. when I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems good except that the TPS stays constant almost 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model so it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I tolerate the TPS is integrated behind the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: everything else you desire the mechanic to know before I attach you? No, I guess that is it.
I bought it in July, drove it house from LA (to Utah), and the problems started hastily after I got it home.Any extra incite you can have the funds for is appreciated. I don't know what else to reach but say you will it support to the dealer. I know I've got the shop foreman in force upon it at the dealer, but I yet atmosphere its pushed to the encourage as its obsolescent and everyone loses in this situation.
Hello the TPS does have an effect upon switching the car into idle mode appropriately I'd suggest to make determined the throttle plate is 100% closed and not slightly grounded considering carbon. and then become accustomed the TPS hence that the IDL pin is continuous to the E2 stick similar to the throttle is closed, and contact circuit subsequently the throttle is just cracked. Don't worry practically any voltages, the IDL edit is the essentially important one.
