I have a 2004 ES330 taking into account a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but behind I go around turns upon onto highway ramps, once I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds since reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in the manner of the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights viewpoint on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried for that reason far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for friends in the intake. in the same way as I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant in the region of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I assume the TPS is integrated taking into consideration the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you desire the mechanic to know in the past I be close to you? No, I guess that is it.
I started the car in the works this morning, it starts in the works and runs at 1750 and within a minute or appropriately climbs over 2500.. It is giving out smooth though, just habit complex than it should be. I as a consequence checked the throttle screw plate/return screw, purposefully turned it out and nothing changed. put it assist to exactly where it was. No vacuum leak sounds and every friends verified. I tone good nearly them as I've been in there a bunch of times..
Hello the TPS does have an effect on switching the car into idle mode for that reason I'd suggest to make definite the throttle plate is 100% closed and not slightly ashore bearing in mind carbon. and after that get used to the TPS correspondingly that the IDL fix is continuous to the E2 fasten subsequent to the throttle is closed, and open circuit as soon as the throttle is just cracked. Don't worry practically any voltages, the IDL contact is the really important one.
