I have a 2004 ES330 later a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but later I go roughly turns on onto highway ramps, afterward I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in imitation of the similar engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights outlook on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried correspondingly far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. later I put my Turbo OBDII app on, anything seems good except that the TPS stays constant in relation to 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model hence it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I put up with the TPS is integrated taking into consideration the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you desire the mechanic to know back I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the ventilate flow meter and said it was good. subsequent to I unplug it and govern the motor, the car runs argumentative and at 850ish. I can unaided guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much direct in the substitute of rpm though? I think it unaided adjusts it roughly 1k..
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you in the works to date on every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms occurring and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine play a part many factors may cause the thesame symptom(s)
