I have a 2004 ES330 afterward a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but later than I go roughly speaking turns upon onto highway ramps, later I depress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in the same way as the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. I started the car occurring this morning, it starts in the works and runs at 1750 and within a minute or for that reason climbs higher than 2500.. I next checked the throttle screw plate/return screw, on purpose turned it out and nothing changed. put it put up to to exactly where it was. No vacuum leak sounds and all connections verified. have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you stirring to date upon every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms in the works and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine play in many factors may cause the similar symptom(s)
