I have a 2004 ES330 once a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but past I go on the subject of turns upon onto highway ramps, behind I upset the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon as soon as the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights direction on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried for that reason far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. considering I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant on 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model consequently it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I understand the TPS is integrated past the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know in the past I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a tiny more roughly the pain history. It currently has a master tech certified idle air direct valve and tps installed. without upsetting anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would control in the car without this symptom.
once I begin the car, the engine surges stirring between 1200 and 2000 rpm support and forth. I misused the IAC and the TPS when no bend in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to familiarize the idle readiness screw to lower the rpm and it would withhold for a while. Now, the engine is permanently surging to the narrowing where I cannot drive it for warning of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
