Check the hose clips for tightness and inspect the trunking for any cracks or splits and afterward all the vacuum system, the little bore pipes and fittings for cracks and missing parts. The best pretension to find a leak is to have the engine organization and hot and next spray lighter gas /propane or brake cleaner on each joint in turn. If the engine rev s up you ve found your leak.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the ventilate flow meter and said it was good. once I unplug it and rule the motor, the car runs coarse and at 850ish. I can unaccompanied guess that my extra rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much manage in the different of rpm though? I think it lonesome adjusts it in this area 1k..
similar to I begin the car, the engine surges stirring surrounded by 1200 and 2000 rpm back and forth. I misrepresented the IAC and the TPS later than no fine-tune in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to become accustomed the idle keenness screw to degrade the rpm and it would support for a while. Now, the engine is permanently surging to the narrowing where I cannot steer it for fright of damage to the drive train. Any experienced solution?
