I have a 2004 ES330 taking into consideration a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but following I go regarding turns upon onto highway ramps, next I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon past the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights approach on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively other battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried suitably far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. as soon as I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems good except that the TPS stays constant as regards 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model so it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I agree to the TPS is integrated similar to the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you want the mechanic to know since I border you? No, I guess that is it.
I bought it in July, drove it house from LA (to Utah), and the problems started tersely after I got it home.Any supplementary put up to you can come up with the money for is appreciated. I don't know what else to accomplish but take it incite to the dealer. I know I've got the shop foreman vigorous on it at the dealer, but I yet quality its pushed to the back as its out of date and everyone loses in this situation.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. similar to the MAF is plugged in then the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is along with an intermittent popping hermetically sealed coming at idle.
