I have a 2004 ES330 next a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but in the manner of I go with reference to turns on onto highway ramps, once I depress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in the manner of the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights aim on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried correspondingly far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. behind I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant approaching 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model hence it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I recognize the TPS is integrated when the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know before I affix you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a little more nearly the burden history. It currently has a master tech recognized idle ventilate govern valve and tps installed. without heartwarming anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would govern in the car without this symptom.
as soon as I begin the car, the engine surges taking place along with 1200 and 2000 rpm back and forth. I misrepresented the IAC and the TPS as soon as no alter in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to adapt the idle keenness screw to belittle the rpm and it would keep for a while. Now, the engine is continuously surging to the point where I cannot drive it for alarm bell of broken to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
