This could be an airleak after the airflow meter, any freshen dragged in here isn t seen by the ECU and suitably not compensated for and can lean the engine out and can after that allow the engine to rev taking place later not desired causing aggressive running. As its a mechanical irregularity it tends not to point upon the irregularity fresh and you can sometimes listen a hissing noise considering the engine running.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the freshen flow meter and said it was good. like I unplug it and rule the motor, the car runs coarse and at 850ish. I can lonesome guess that my extra rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much manage in the oscillate of rpm though? I think it without help adjusts it a propos 1k..
with I start the car, the engine surges up amongst 1200 and 2000 rpm incite and forth. I changed the IAC and the TPS with no amend in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this same issue. Prior to this I would have to adjust the idle swiftness screw to lower the rpm and it would sustain for a while. Now, the engine is continuously surging to the reduction where I cannot steer it for apprehension of damage to the drive train. Any experienced solution?
